MATSC™

Cellular Alarm Transmitter

The MATSC ™ is an advanced, high performance, cellular alarm transmitter designed to complement KP's long range radio alarm system. The MATSC ™ interfaces with any alarm panel in the market, enabling it to transfer full Contact ID data. The MATSC ™ offers a secure and reliable solution based on the GSM cellular network. GPRS Receiver™ Software package which receives and decodes MATSC ™ signals, eliminating the need to install an additional hardware receiver. The software is installed at the Central Monitoring Station and forwards the received messages from the MATSC ™ to the alarm monitoring software. GUP5000™ software (General Utility Program) is used to program MATSC ™ transmitters. Main parameters that are software configurable include: cellular provider, IP addresses, DNS name, event codes, backup options and many others.

• Transmits as an independent unit (Primary) or as a backup for faulty telephone line (Secondary) using the DI100™ (Dialer Interface Unit) • Extensive internal tests (SIM Card, Low Battery and Communication) are reported to the Central Monitoring Station in a predefined time interval • Ping Test signal to verify MATSC™ status and alert the Central Monitoring Station of any service problems. Specially designed for high-level security applications • Central station notification in case of 10 continuous minutes of signal level deterioration • Can transmit in two operation modes: TCP/IP and SMS.
